Wilfredo writes...

"PASOK, Ansel!" Day 2 ...spent most of it walking around the 3 great shopping streets in Milan called the Golden Triangle. The picture of the LV store is located on Via Montenapoleone, the heart of the Golden Triangle where you can find stores such as Celine, Alexander McQueen, Alberta Ferretti, Sonia Rykiel, etc. ...this one is located in La Rinascente Piazza Duomo which is a stone's throw from the LV inside the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. I guess one can never have enough of LV that you have to have two within the same street.

Pride Parade In Toronto

Whoa! Those Canadians really know how to do a parade! Hold you horses folks! No reason to be calling PETA. Apparently, it's just a cloth on top of the horse's back. Interestingly enough, a contingent from the LVMH group followed this magnificent steed. Photo: swalk

Wilfredo in Milan

Hours upon his arrival in the Old City of Milan, Wilfredo has already sent me these pics of the LV boutique in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele next to Il Duomo. I could see the Vernis Alma in pomme and amarante peeking through the front doors. How I wish I was there with him.

Sitting Pretty

Visit Arjay's blog.

Look what I got in the mail!

Etched in silver marker, is my blogger persona and name for an invitation from none other than the Maison in New York City. I opened the black envelope with much anticipation and was breathless when I saw the smiling Graphite pattern. The words "Upon appointment, of your leisure" rings to me like a summoning from her Majesty, the Queen, herself! If I could, no sooner would I be at the train station. Unfortunately, I am swamped and fear that I must decline. Sigh...I have not made up my mind, yet...Thank you so much, S.A

Corrected Names of the Graphite Line

Estimated release date: August 15 Grimaud, Roadster (duffle), Rem (camera bag), Ieoh (messenger), Pegase, Tadao (tote), Jorn, Keepall

The rest of my afternoon was free...

...so guess where I went... and then I saw this...a poor lil' Delft all caged up in glass and leftover from last season's Fall Winter line. I felt like I was at a pet adoption center and I was all but ready to sign my life away to taking care of this exotique.

Flash Floods in DC

Around 2:30 in the afternoon today, torrential rains poured in the District, causing a mini flash flood. It lasted a total of 15 mins. Here's my Brazza being washed away in the gutter like a paper boat.

All in favor of the Monogramouflage, say "aye"!

Spring Summer Men's 2009

I need money for the downpayment!

Purchased by deposit only, the Lutèce from the Monogram Collage Collection, is got to be the most fabulous creation for the FW 2008-2009. It's luxurious exotic material lures me into a deep trance as the words 'Louis Vuitton Paris' parades before me. I hope that I would be fortunate enough to even see this in real life. THANK YOU, Marc!

Men's Spring Summer 2009

Gosh, I just posted the pre-fall. Thanks AFP and getty.

Damier Spencer

Niz posted a question about the Spencer, a new addition to the Damier line. I am not a big fan of messenger bags so this went under the radar. Apparently, it has been released for quite some time now. Contains a lot of pockets and promises to hold one's laptop. Currently retailing for $1530. Visit eLUXURY.com or www.louisvuitton.com
